Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater's opening features a new version of its classic theme song

Konami has released the opening cinematic for Metal Gear Solid Delta, which features a new recording of the iconic Snake Eater theme performed by the original singer Cynthia Harrell.
The details:
Ahead of the MGS Delta's release later this year, Konami has released a new opening video that recreates the original MGS3 version and includes various clips of notable events and characters from the game. The spoiler-filled opening has been created by Kyle Cooper, and Konami says the version in the full game will also include staff credits.
More notably, the video features a brand new version of MGS3's iconic Bond-like Snake Eater theme song. The re-recording is performed by the original vocalist Cynthia Harrell, which features a slight twist on the composition and some impressive vocals given that the original song was recorded over 20 years ago.
MGS Delta is a full remake of 2004's MGS3 that is set to launch on August 28, with the beloved stealth title updated both visually and mechanically for a modern audience. Last year, creative producer Yuji Korekado explained that the game's new MGS V-style over-the-shoulder camera option will function similarly to a difficulty toggle due to easier shooting and movement, while the original "Legacy Style" camera will provide players with a more traditional experience.
Sony is discontinuing the PlayStation Stars loyalty program next year, and the program is no longer accepting new members as of this week.
It has been announced that A24 is partnering with Bandai Namco to create an Elden Ring film directed by Alex Garland.
