Pokémon TCG Growth & Marketing Lead

We’re building a new consumer platform in the Pokémon TCG space and looking for a hands-on growth and marketing lead who genuinely lives the hobby.

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We want a self-starter who can create content, run social channels, execute paid campaigns, build collaborations, work with creators and communities, and most importantly turn attention into customers.

You should already understand Pokémon TCG culture, collectors, breakers, creators, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok and the broader trading-card community.

We’re looking for someone scrappy, creative and highly execution-oriented — someone who would rather launch 10 ideas and learn what works than spend a month making a presentation.

Responsibilities include: social media strategy and execution, content creation, creator/influencer collaborations, community growth, paid advertising, customer acquisition and overall launch marketing.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of growth for a well-funded startup from the ground floor. Significant upside for the right person.
