Philip founded Hitmarker in 2017 and continues to lead on product and engineering, bringing his background as a developer, designer and lifelong gamer.
Founder and former CEO of SCUF Gaming, Duncan sits on six boards and invests in 10+ gaming and tech companies. He owns Hitmarker through Ironmonger Properties and brings decades of experience scaling global gaming and technology ventures.
Sarah leads sales, partnerships, and marketing, helping companies connect with talent and our community find opportunity. With 15+ years in gaming, she’s built brands and partnerships at SCUF Gaming and Corsair.
Steve drives strategy and growth at Hitmarker, guiding its evolution into a full career ecosystem. A former Twitch exec, he brings expertise in scaling platforms, building communities, and growing at the intersection of media, gaming, and tech.
