Ubisoft has delayed several unannounced titles to provide extra development time

Following the success of Assassin's Creed Shadows, Ubisoft has announced that it has delayed a number of unannounced games in order to provide additional polish.
The details:
In its latest financial report, the publisher confirmed that it has postponed several of its "biggest productions" in order to give each project more development time. While the exact number of games or series they belong to has not been revealed, it is believed that the titles are connected to Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six, and The Division. "After a thorough review of its pipeline that took place from October to December, the Group decided to provide additional development time to some of its biggest productions in order to create the best conditions for success," the company said.
Ubisoft explained that the delay in Assassin's Creed Shadows was "beneficial" to the game, which was released to positive reviews from both players and critics, resulting in a much-needed commercial success for the company. As a result of the new delays, it has stated that while financial performance for the current fiscal year will most likely be lower than expected, the next two will be much stronger due to the aforementioned major releases.
The publisher confirmed that mobile titles Rainbow Six Mobile and The Division Resurgence will be released this fiscal year, as well as Anno 117: Pax Romana and the long-awaited remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, which has been delayed several times. It also stated that additional unannounced projects would arrive by the end of the fiscal year, which ends in March 2026.
