Mortal Kombat 2 finally drops teaser trailer ahead of full trailer release later today

Mortal Kombat 2 is ramping up the hype, with a full trailer set to drop later today. In the meantime, fans got a taste of the chaos to come with a teaser titled Uncaged Fury, featuring Karl Urban’s Johnny Cage in all his pipe-swinging, missile-dodging glory.

The details:

• Karl Urban takes centre stage as Johnny Cage, fighting off enemies with brutal flair, including a stunt where he leaps over a flying bazooka round.

• The cast also includes Adeline Rudolph as Princess Kitana and Tati Gabrielle as her bodyguard Jade, both of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina fame.

• Gabrielle is no stranger to video game adaptations, having starred in Uncharted (2022) and Season 2 of The Last of Us as Nora.

• While the first film drew mixed reviews, Mortal Kombat 2 looks to level up, and today’s full trailer release should give fans their best look yet.
