It has been claimed that Game Freak’s plans for the Pokémon game series until 2030 have been leaked online by the same individual behind last year’s infamous “Teraleak.”

The details:

  • As shared by reliable leaker Centro, the documents come from last year’s Teraleak and cover Game Freak’s plans up until 2030, with several screenshots, gameplay information, and more being included.
  • According to the leaked calendar, Generation 10 of the Pokémon games, codenamed “Gaia” and referred to as Pokémon Wind and Pokémon Wave, is set to launch in 2026, followed by DLC in 2027. The leak also features images showing off a prototype build of the game as a visual target depicting Game Freak’s graphical expectations for the project, as well as information regarding new moves and its Southeast Asia-inspired setting.
  • It appears that a new Galar-based Pokémon Legends game is also in the works, currently codenamed “Ringo,” which is set to release in 2027. Like Wind and Wave, concept art and prototype screenshots have also been shared, showing that the project unsurprisingly resembles Legends: Z-A, which will arrive later this week.
  • Game Freak is also planning ahead with Gen 11 of its mainline releases, with the studio said to be already working on the game and targeting a 2030 launch.
  • One of the biggest projects featured in the leak is “Project Seed,” a new online title that will reportedly feature several in-game regions, including Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, with the ability for players to freely travel between them.
