Sony has delisted PS5 car‑combat exclusive Destruction AllStars from the PlayStation Store, permanently shut down its multiplayer servers, and says almost all remaining functionality will end when full server support is switched off on November 25, 2026.

  • PlayStation has removed Destruction AllStars and its premium currency, Destruction Points, from sale and confirmed that due to “ongoing technical issues,” multiplayer services “shall remain offline and are no longer available,” formalising a situation where online play had effectively been broken since 2024.
  • Existing owners can still access single‑player content such as Arcade Mode and its bot challenges, but only until November 25. After that date, Sony says only the basic Arcade Mode single‑player challenges are expected to remain, and even those may be impacted by the server shutdown.
  • Any Destruction Points players already have can be spent up to the shutdown date, but Sony has not announced refunds for unused currency, instead encouraging players to use up their balance before support ends.
  • Destruction AllStars launched in early 2021 as one of the PS5’s first console exclusives and a PS Plus title, but it struggled to build a lasting audience, and commentators see its quiet delisting and shutdown as another example of how quickly online‑dependent console games can disappear once platform holders move on.news.
