Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 is already in development, Saber confirms

Saber Interactive has officially confirmed that Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 is already in development, following the successful release of Space Marine 2 last year.
The details:
Focus Entertainment, Saber Interactive, and Games Workshop have released a joint statement confirming that the project is "now starting" development, but that they will continue to support Space Marine 2 in the future. The announcement also included the release of its first promotional artwork, which features Captain Demetrian Titus.
Not much is known about Space Marine 3, but Focus and Saber have stated that it will be an "even more immersive experience," complete with large-scale battles. The game will once again include campaign and multiplayer modes, as well as "innovations that will redefine the standards of third-person action games."
Space Marine 2, which was released in September 2024 after several delays, received high praise from fans and critics for its gory action-packed combat and impressive visuals. After being played by over two million players at launch, Saber confirmed that new content and quality of life improvements were on the way, with the upcoming 7.0 update set to include a new weapon as well as reworks for its loadouts and perks.
