IO Interactive announces new showcase featuring 007 First Light, Hitman, and MindsEye

IO Interactive has announced that it will hold its first ever showcase later this week, giving fans a better look at MindsEye, the future of the Hitman series, and the first look at its James Bond title.
The details:
The developer has announced that the IOI Showcase will be streamed on Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok on Friday, June 6 at 6pm PDT. The livestream will be broadcast from IO's in-person event in Los Angeles, which is part of the Summer Game Fest.
During the show, the publisher will reveal more information about future Hitman content, Build a Rocket Boy's upcoming action-adventure title MindsEye, and its new James Bond game, now known as 007 First Light. IO has also confirmed that the event will include "trailers, announcements, gameplay demos, and a live Q&A," as well as an in-depth look at its proprietary game engine, Glacier.
Little has been revealed about 007 First Light since its initial announcement as Project 007 in 2020. The studio's CEO, Hakan Abrak, stated in October 2024 that it will not be a "gamification of a movie," but rather the start of a new trilogy of games, with development going "amazingly well." IO has released a new teaser image ahead of the reveal on Friday, stating that the show will feature "never-before-seen footage."
