THQ Nordic has confirmed that its fourth annual digital showcase will take place on August 2, with Titan Quest II and the Gothic 1 remake scheduled to appear.
The details:
The showcase will be livestreamed on Twitch, YouTube, and Steam on August 2nd at 12 pm PDT / 3 pm EDT / 8 pm BST, with HandyGames showing off its projects before the main event.
The publisher has announced that Alkimia Interactive's remake of the brutal 2001 RPG Gothic, as well as a long-awaited Titan Quest sequel, will be shown at the event. Although THQ Nordic did not provide any hints about future reveals, we can expect to see more of Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, as well as more information about the publisher's other projects such as Wreckreation and Tempest Rising.
This will be THQ Nordic's first showcase under its new parent company, Coffee Stain & Friends, following Embracer Group's decision to split into three separate entities. The current status of Piranha Bytes, a developer under the publisher, is also unknown after it was revealed to be potentially closing as a part of Embracer's restructuring program.
