It has been spotted that both Rollerdrome and OlliOlli World, developed by now-defunct Take-Two developer Roll7, have been unexpectedly delisted from storefronts.

The details:

  • As reported by PCGamesN, the games are no longer available for purchase on Steam or Xbox, but they are still accessible on the PlayStation Store, and OlliOlli World can be purchased on Nintendo Switch. No explanation has been provided as to why the games have been removed or whether the decision is permanent, as other Roll7-developed titles OlliOlli 1 and 2 are still available on Steam.

  • The delistings may be related to Take-Two's sale of publisher Private Division and its IPs last year, which followed the closure of Roll7 and Intercept Games and mass layoffs. However, it has been noted that the publisher of Rollerdrome on Steam has recently switched from Private Division to 2K, implying that some titles were not included in the deal.

  • The undisclosed buyer of Private Division has since been identified as Haveli Investments, a Texas-based private equity firm. According to Bloomberg, former Annapurna Interactive employees who left the studio due to a disagreement with its owner intend to establish a new studio that will own Private Division's portfolio. The delisting could suggest that the process of transferring ownership of the games is now ongoing.
