A new Dead or Alive game is officially in development, Dead or Alive 6: Last Round arrives in June

Koei Tecmo has announced that a revamped version of Dead or Alive 6, titled Last Round, is coming later this year, while it develops an all-new entry in the long-running fighting game series.

The details:

• As announced during PlayStation’s latest State of Play, Dead or Alive 6: Last Round will be released on June 25 across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The updated version of the title will include several improvements over the original release, including upgraded visuals, a better photo, more, and more. It will also offer the full roster of characters from DoA 6, including DLC and upcoming characters, and a free edition of the game will be available at launch.
• The developer also revealed that a new DoA game is now in the works. Not much else has been shared about the title, but it’s assumed that it will be DoA 7. “The dawn of a new chapter awaits," Koei Tecmo wrote in the teaser trailer. “In development for PlayStation 5.”
