Palworld could be coming to PlayStation in the near future
Pocketpair has teased on social media that its "Pokรฉmon with Guns" title Palworld may be coming to PlayStation soon.
The details:
Bucky, Pocketpair's global community manager, recently posted on X, adding blue hearts to a mix of black, white, and green hearts surrounding "Palworld." The green, white, and black hearts are believed to represent Xbox, Mac, and PC/Steam, respectively, while blue is commonly associated with PlayStation.
Although this is not an official announcement, Pocketpair stated at the height of the game's popularity that it was in talks to bring it to other platforms after it was played by approximately 25 million people in its first month of early access on Xbox and PC. Since then, its player count has dropped significantly, but it still has a daily peak of around 25,000 to 30,000 concurrent players on Steam alone.
Fans have begun to speculate on when an announcement will come, with many pointing to June 27, the release date of Palworld's Sakurajima update. Aside from new content such as an island, pals, and another raid, the update will also include long-awaited dedicated Xbox servers.
