Nvidia has announced RTX Spark, an ARM‑based “all‑in‑one” PC chip that combines CPU, GPU, and AI hardware for Windows laptops, dubbed “the most efficient PC chip ever built.”

The details:

  • As announced on May 31, RTX Spark is essentially the consumer PC version of the GB10 Grace‑Blackwell superchip used in Nvidia’s DGX Spark “personal AI supercomputer.” Nvidia claims Spark can deliver graphics comparable to the RTX 5070 graphics card in a thin‑and‑light laptop, featuring examples of titles such as Indiana Jones and the Great Circle at around 100 FPS at 1440p while on battery power alone.
  • Nvidia has also shared that it is already working with Microsoft and developers in order to ensure games, editing software, and even anti-cheats such as Easy Anti‑Cheat, BattlEye, and Denuvo, all function correctly.
  • The manufacturer has emphasized the chip's AI capabilities, claiming that Spark-powered PCs will be able to host assistants with models up to approximately 120 billion parameters locally.
  • Nvidia has confirmed partnerships with several OEMs, including ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Gigabyte, and MSI. The chip will be featured in at least eight laptops and multiple mini-PCs starting in autumn. Additional systems, offering various configurations, will be available further down the line.
