Hollow Knight: Silksong will finally release next month

Team Cherry has announced its long-awaited follow-up to Hollow Knight will finally be released in just two weeks.

The details:

• As confirmed during today’s special announcement trailer, Hollow Knight: Silksong will arrive on September 4, 2025, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Game Pass, PC, and both the Nintendo Switch 1 and 2.
• The new trailer gives fans another fresh look at Hornet’s upcoming adventure, including some of its new NPCs and areas such as a swamp, city, and graveyard. The game will also feature over 200 types of enemies as well as over 40 bosses.
• A playable demo is currently available at Gamescom for attendees, though it has been noted that it's not too different from the original demo shown off back in 2019. However, this has not stopped it from becoming one of the most popular attractions at the event, with hundreds queuing up to play the title and experience its tougher difficulty compared to the original game.
