 Tasks

  • Handling imports (focus on sea- and airfreight) for the European market as well as following-up all relevant import documents
  • Working in close collaboration with shipping companies, import agents as well as with European distribution centres and other internal Nintendo departments
  • Taking care of the customs clearance processes, tariff classifications and tax assessment notes
  • Being a main contact for customs offices and Federal Statistical office
  • Handling general administration like invoice matching, cost comparisons, reporting and filing

 Requirements

  • Commercial education, education as a Forwarding Agent would be an advantage
  • Relevant working experience in the area of import shipments and customs handling
  • Good German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • A precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and the ability to work well with a team
