We help serious mobile 4X players top up safely, get more for their money, and never sweat whether a purchase goes through. Real people behind it who treat players and their alliance like partners, not tickets. Small, steady, fully remote team of around 30.

The job, plainly:
You own two things. Our Discord communities and our Alliance Dashboard partner program. That is the whole role. You go narrow and deep on both and you own the results on both.

Let's be clear about what this is NOT: not head of marketing, not lead of the growth team, no team to manage, no company strategy from a distance. You work next to our growth and content people, not above them. You'll be in Discord every day, in DMs and voice, running events, paying attention to what actually helps players. If you want a "build the deck" marketing title, this isn't it.

You'll:

Grow our two Discord communities, Play Smarter (open to everyone) and Prestige Club (our most committed members), into places players genuinely want to be
Run events that give real value: readiness sessions before big in-game events, strategy and Q&A, safe top-up help. Not random giveaways and gimmicks.
Welcome new partners into the Alliance Dashboard (alliance leaders, smaller creators, community owners in the top 4X games) and help their whole alliance get real value fast
Support our existing creators and biggest alliances with campaigns that fit their style
Turn real player wins and reviews into stories partners actually want to share

You'll fit if you:

Have 2 to 5 years in gaming, web3, or creator communities
Have personally owned growth for a community, not just moderated it. You planned the events, campaigns, and announcements. You did more than delete spam.
Have worked directly with creators, streamers, or guild/alliance leaders: outreach, comms, tracking what worked
Are comfortable living in DMs and voice with players and leaders
Write strong English that sounds human, not corporate

Nice to have:

You play or have played 4X / strategy games and get alliance culture
You've run or improved a referral, affiliate, or partner code program

This isn't for you if you've only done corporate social calendars, you've never owned a community's growth, you'd rather run paid ads, or you want a head-of-title role with a team under you.

The deal:
Real ownership of two areas that show up directly in the numbers. Fully remote, EU timezone (at least 4h overlap), a team that trusts you and moves fast with very little hand-holding. Players and partners who genuinely care about what we do. On pay, we keep it fair, and we're happy to talk early and openly.
