Your Contribution:

In this role you will:

  • Own the end-to-end NPI process across B2B channels in Europe, ensuring objectives are met from planning through scale-up.
  • Build the NPI performance framework—KPIs, dashboards, forecasting cycles, and executive reviews—embedded into the Rhythm of Business.
  • Partner with Europe Category leads to support PIPO decision and translate commercial objectives into deliverables and execution timelines, and develop standardized scorecards and benchmarks to measure effectiveness across markets.
  • Ensure launch readiness by validating market assumptions, business cases, demand forecasts, and execution plans; define and govern milestones that align global category plans with in-market timelines.
  • Improve forecast accuracy through close collaboration with Category, Channel, Supply Chain, and Cluster teams.
  • Drive performance accountability across Category, Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Country teams, ensuring risks are quickly flagged and corrected.
  • Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, translating sell-out performance, market signals, and forecast trends into actionable commercial decisions.
  • Partner with GCO to strengthen data quality, reporting automation, and forecasting tools.
  • Identify best practices and scale them into playbooks that accelerate future launches.
  • Conduct market visits to validate execution and capture customer and channel insights.
  • Build organizational capability in launch excellence, data-driven decision-making, and performance management.

Your Skills: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Econometrics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in IT, B2B hardware technology, enterprise solutions, commercial workplace products, or similarly fast-moving, innovation-driven industries.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end commercial performance management, forecasting, and business planning, translating strategy into measurable results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, product mix, channel strategy, demand generation, inventory dynamics, and margin optimization.
  • Deep understanding of B2B distribution models, including two-tier channel ecosystems and indirect sales performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability across Sales, Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Country organizations within a matrix environment.
  • Experience owning business performance reviews, identifying gaps, challenging assumptions, and driving corrective actions to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, transforming complex datasets into clear insights and executive-level decision support; experience building scalable reporting frameworks and scorecards that improve visibility and execution discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Salesforce, or Anaplan.
  • Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage audiences from country sales teams to senior leadership while driving alignment and accountability.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, resilience, and bias for action—comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating at speed in a dynamic international environment.
  • Skilled at simplifying and standardizing processes across diverse teams and markets.
