Blizzard Entertainment is seeking an experienced Senior Game Producer to join the Overwatch development team, with a focus on Live Operations and Content. 

As a key member of the team, help drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of live game content and operational initiatives that support Overwatch’s ongoing service and player experience. We are looking for someone with strong production fundamentals, excellent organization and communication skills, and experience managing complex schedules across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, solving problems collaboratively, and helping teams stay aligned in a fast-moving live environment. 

This role offers a flexible hybrid work week, with a mix of remote and on‑site days, based out of our Seoul studio. While hybrid is the standard arrangement, candidates may also choose to work on‑site full‑time if preferred.

본 포지션은 블리자드 코리아 스튜디오 소속으로 하이브리드 근무 (재택과 사무실 근무의 조합)를 기본으로 하며, 원하실 경우 상시 사무실 근무로 전환 가능합니다.

What you bring to the table: 

• Drive production planning and execution across live operations and content initiatives, helping teams deliver game-ready assets, updates, releases, and service plans on time. 

• Partner with development, production, publishing, and regional teams to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, and issue triage, while keeping leadership informed and aligned. 

• Support critical operational workflows, including live game updates, service maintenance, security audit coordination, roles and permissions management, and release readiness in close cooperation with external partner/vendor. 

• Oversee deployment support for marketing and configuration data, while also providing backup support for content operations workflows when needed.

• 개발, 프로덕션, 퍼블리싱 및 지역 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 일정, 공존 업무, 리스크 및 이슈를 관리하여 리더십과 공유

• 외부 파트너/벤더와 긴밀히 협업하여 라이브 게임 업데이트, 정기 및 긴급 점검, 보안 감사 조율, 역할 및 권한 관리, 출시 준비 등 핵심적인 운영 워크플로 지원

• 마케팅 및 운영 설정 데이터의 배포 지원 업무를 관리하며, 필요시 콘텐츠 운영 워크플로의 백업 지원 수행

Minimum Requirements 

• 8+ years of production experience in game development, with a strong focus on live operations, live content, or ongoing game service support.  

• Proven experience working with engineers and cross-functional teams to build schedules, manage complexity, and drive projects through completion. 

• Strong ability to anticipate risks, identify roadblocks early, and create plans that minimize impact to production. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean, with the ability to share information clearly and succinctly across a range of stakeholders. 

• Comfort working in ambiguous environments, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.

• 리스크를 사전에 예측하고 블로커를 조기에 식별하여, 개발 및 운영 일정에 미치는 영향을 최소화하는 계획을 수립할 수 있는 역량

• 한국어와 영어 모두 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 수준. 다양한 이해관계자에게 정보를 명확하고 간결하게 전달할 수 있는 문서 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 불확실한 환경에서도 협업적이고 솔루션 지향적인 자세로 문제를 해결할 수 있는 능력

Bonus Points 

• Experience supporting online games or live service titles. 

• Experience with console publishing and submission processes. 

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools, along with strong familiarity with Overwatch and its live service environment.
