Atlus has released a new trailer for Persona 4 Revival spotlighting five additions to the remake, including fully voiced social link events, a new combat mechanic called Send Flying, and original music from Atlus composer Riyota Kosuka. The game launches February 18, 2027.

The details:

  • Send Flying is a new mechanic that triggers when a normal attack lands on a shadow afflicted with a status ailment. If the knocked-back shadow collides with another enemy, the impact deals damage and spreads the ailment to that target.
  • Social link events will be fully voiced for the first time, with newly recorded dialogue covering both the main story and the expanded social link scenes added for the remake.
  • New original music compositions by Riyota Kosuka sit alongside remixed versions of the classic Persona 4 soundtrack.
  • The remake rebuilds the town of Inaba from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5, featuring redrawn character portraits, overhauled dungeon geometry, and 60fps combat.
  • Persona 4 Revival launches February 18, 2027 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store. It will be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one.
