Lenovo allegedly working on its own portable handheld PC

Lenovo, a Chinese technology company, is said to be working on a handheld similar to the Steam Deck and ROG Ally in its own "Legion" line.

The details:

• According to WindowsCentral's Jez Corden, sources claim that Lenovo is preparing to enter the handheld PC gaming market with a new system dubbed the "Legion Go." There is currently no information about the company's release plans, but there is a good chance we will see an official announcement soon.
• According to the sources, it will use AMD's new Phoenix CPUs, which are "ultra-thin" processors designed for gaming on very thin ultrabooks. The system will also reportedly run on Windows 11 rather than a specially designed operating system like SteamOS, ensuring maximum compatibility with PC titles. Its screen is reportedly larger than that of its competitors, with Lenovo opting for an 8-inch display rather than the 7-inch displays used by the Steam Deck and ROG Ally, potentially giving it a significant advantage if of sufficient quality.
• A leak from 2021 revealed that Lenovo was developing an Android-based handheld known as the "Legion Play," with a heavy emphasis on cloud gaming. Images of the Legion Play have also been discovered, and it is suspected that the Legion Go will have some physical similarities to the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation Vita.
