Black Ops 6 will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch
Microsoft has confirmed that Call of Duty Black Ops 6 will be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from day one.
The details:
A new live-action trailer for the game titled “The Truth Lies” has been released, ahead of its full reveal next week. The trailer shows prominent political figures from the 1980s to early 1990s, including US Presidents Bill Clinton and George H. W. Bush, Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, and UK Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, delivering speeches that are likely related to the events of the Gulf War.
At the end of the trailer, it was confirmed that Black Ops 6 will be available to Game Pass subscribers when it launches. This announcement comes after reports of its inclusion in the service emerged from a notification sent by its mobile app earlier today. It’s also rumored that Game Pass may be seeing some changes in its tiers sometime in the future, although this has not been confirmed.
The game will be fully revealed on June 9 as part of its own showcase, immediately following the Xbox Game Showcase. According to a new Xbox Wire post, the event will feature gameplay as well as additional information about the game's "dark" setting and plot.
