Our team of 50+ strategists and creatives works across North America, Europe, LATAM, and APAC, collaborating closely with gaming creators, streamers, and communities to deliver authentic, high-performing influencer campaigns.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Gaming Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end for major gaming clients.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience running influencer campaigns and a real understanding of gaming culture, ideally from working professionally within gaming, esports, or gaming marketing.

You’ll own creator relationships, manage complex multi-region campaigns, and act as the bridge between creators, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for mobile and PC games

  • Manage 10–40 gaming creators per campaign across TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other platforms

  • Own creator onboarding, briefing, timelines, deliverables, and approvals

  • Communicate directly with creators, talent managers, and agencies

  • Provide clear creative direction while maintaining creator authenticity

  • Ensure content accurately reflects gameplay mechanics, updates, and campaign goals

  • Track timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics

  • Collaborate closely with creative, operations, and finance teams

  • Compile post-campaign reports and performance insights

What We’re Looking For (Please Read Carefully)

Required:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing (gaming strongly preferred)

  • Genuine gaming background β€” ideally professional experience in:

  • Gaming marketing

  • Esports

  • Influencer/creator management within gaming

  • Experience managing multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong understanding of gaming platforms, creators, trends, and communities

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)

  • Ability to work across global time zones

  • Willingness to be available outside standard hours when campaigns require

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with mobile games

  • Additional languages

  • Experience managing international or multi-region campaigns

This role is not suitable for candidates without prior influencer marketing experience or without a strong connection to gaming.
