A New Sekiro/Souls-like Chinese Game Reveals New Gameplay Trailer
A new Chinese martial arts action game titled "Feng Qi Luo Yang - The Wind Rises in Luoyang" (风起洛阳) was recently unveiled, accompanied by a gameplay trailer. The game is set in the historical backdrop of the Tang Dynasty during the Wuzhou period. Developed by Keyframe Studio (关键帧工作室公), it is currently in the early stages of development, with a playable demo expected to be released soon. The game is set to be available on PC, with Steam as one of the confirmed platforms.
Keyframe Studio, the developer, provided insight into their progress, stating, "Hello everyone, we are Keyframe Studio. 'The Wind Rises in Luoyang' is a stand-alone action game set in the Tang, Wu, and Zhou Dynasties. At present, we are still concentrating on polishing the product. Soon, we will launch a pre-emptive trial on the Steam platform, so stay tuned."
This release follows a trend of upcoming martial arts games from Chinese developers, including titles like "Black Myth: Wukong," "Phantom Dark Zero" from S-GAME, and the indie game "Zhen Dao Ge: Journey of the White Edge." The Chinese gaming industry is continuing to showcase its prowess in delivering exciting action-adventure experiences, drawing inspiration from rich historical and mythological sources.
