About the role:

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for gaming culture and community. Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years of marketing experience under your belt, but not necessarily within the games industry.

This role will introduce you to working with gaming creators, utilising creator management and social listening software, research and vetting, data management and assisting team members in producing launch campaigns for video games.

This role requires learning from and shadowing team members, which is why we need you to be located within commuting distance to our office in Hackney, East London. We work from the office at least once a week.

What we’re looking for:

1-2 years of marketing experience
Well-versed in Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides
Nice to have: familiarity with creator marketing platforms/software
Nice to have: PR experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent organisational skills
Attention to detail
Problem-solving attitude
A real passion for gaming culture and community

Your responsibilities:

Creator research, vetting and outreach
Data entry and database management
Monitoring active campaigns
Sentiment tracking and reporting
Brainstorming creative ideas
Administrative tasks
Participating in external and internal meetings

Location:

We work under the hybrid model and are in the office at least once a week. Being able to commute to our office in Hackney is a must, as this is not a remote role.

Salary:

The salary range for the position is £30,000-£32,000 PA, dependent on experience. This is a full-time role. We work four days a week, with an occasional five-day week.
