NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Manager and proven leader to run the programs at the heart of how we attract world-class talent. You'll lead a high-performing team and drive the strategy behind our Employee Referrals Program, Recruiting Learning Center, LinkedIn presence, and "Insider Chats." Success in this role requires more than operational expertise; it demands the ability to inspire teams, align diverse stakeholders, and influence senior leaders across a complex, matrixed global organization. You are a builder, a coach, and a strategic partner who gets things done through people.Â
What You'll be doing:Â
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of program managers and specialists setting a high bar for excellence, collaboration, and accountabilityÂ
Drive strategy and execution for NVIDIA's core recruiting programs at global scale, owning outcomes end to endÂ
Influence without authority partnering across Recruiting, HR, Marketing, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with company priorities and gain buy-in at every levelÂ
Navigate a matrixed environment with confidence, building trust and momentum across teams that don't report to youÂ
Manage NVIDIA's LinkedIn presence and employer brand to attract top talent worldwideÂ
Scale "Insider Chats" and the Recruiting Learning Center to enable recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to show up at their bestÂ
Grow the Employee Referrals Program into a high-quality, inclusive pipeline engineÂ
Define clear success metrics, build dashboards, and use data to drive continuous improvementÂ
Work with HR Tech to ensure programs integrate seamlessly with Workday and NVIDIA's recruiting tech stackÂ
Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners with a focus on ROI and long-term valueÂ
What we need to see:Â
12+ years in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR program management, with significant leadership experience running large, multi-program portfoliosÂ
5+ years of management experience
Demonstrated success leading and developing teams — creating a culture of high performance, trust, and shared ownership with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across a large, matrixed organization without direct authorityÂ
Track record of delivering measurable results on global recruiting programs — referrals, candidate engagement, recruiter enablement, and employer brandÂ
Strong command of LinkedIn recruiting tools and employer branding strategyÂ
Data-driven approach to program management, with experience building KPIs and translating insights into actionÂ
Exceptional communication skills — able to present to executives, rally cross-functional teams, and advocate for your programs with clarity and credibilityÂ
Comfortable with AI tools and enthusiastic about putting them to workÂ
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceÂ
Experience in a high-growth tech company, particularly near engineering, AI/ML, or hardware teamsÂ
Familiarity with enterprise recruiting platforms like WorkdayÂ
Strong commitment to inclusive hiring and building programs that reflect that across regions and functions and thrives in a culture of transparency, flat access, and shared learning — and knows how to design programs that reinforce those valuesÂ
