Counterplay Games needs a Producer to manage the development of an unannounced cooperative action fantasy shooter.

About the Role and Project:

You will be working with several teams to help them sprint plan, manage schedules, and facilitate daily standups.
You will need to gain a deep understanding of the game and designs to develop an intuition around the best development strategy relative to the features you work with.
You will be expected to clearly communicate and provide a summary of your team status whenever necessary.

About You:

Very proactive and willing to do what is expected of yourself even if it is not clearly spelled out.
Good at creating systems and processes that improve communication and reduce the chance for dropping the ball.
A willingness to learn and develop in a way that is best for the team.
Experience managing cross-discipline teams or teams of 8 people or more.
Production experience relevant to all phases of production (e.g. concept, pre-production, etc.).
Experience with a wide range of pipelines, both content and feature related.
Ideally has worked in a live operations AAA gaming environment environment
