LEGO 2K Drive will be removed from digital storefronts on May 19, 2026, with its online multiplayer and other server-dependent features scheduled to shut down just over a year later on May 31, 2027.

The details:

  • Store listings on platforms including Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, and the Epic Games Store now carry a notice that reads: “This product will no longer be available for purchase as of 05/19/2026. NOTE: All multiplayer servers for LEGO 2K Drive will be shut down as of 05/31/2027. After that time, all game functions requiring online servers will no longer function.”
  • Publisher 2K has confirmed that players will still be able to redownload LEGO 2K Drive after it disappears from sale and that all offline modes will remain playable, but “all online services tied to the game will be unavailable” once servers are switched off next year.
  • While neither 2K nor LEGO has announced the reasoning behind the decision, the delisting will take place exactly three years after the game’s original launch on May 19, 2023, leading many to speculate that it is the result of the end of a licensing agreement between the two companies.
