Game Designer and developer 鹿野護 has recently showcased their new project in Unreal Engine 5. They show their character running around a swamp in a new test that allows water to change colour at an angle, bubble, and respond instnatly to player movement.
鹿野護 is most known for their work on Otoshi no Shima, an indie game from a team of Japanese developers, but has recently been circling game dev Twitter circles due to their work on a giant water snake in Unreal Engine 5.
Recently, the 鹿野護 has also showcased another amazing feat in water creature creation in the form of a giant catfish!
With lots of pieces appearing in water based locations and improvements to water interactions and design, we're interested to see what 鹿野護 is working towards!
