About the role:

In this completely remote position we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management to lead Starladder's most exciting projects. This role will involve assisting our COO expanding the department, while defining future department processes, and overseeing all project delivery operations.

As Senior Project Manager you will play a key role in shaping Starladder’s operational capabilities and ensuring the successful execution of both owned IP and white-label projects.

Key Responsibilities

Build the Project Management Department from scratch, including developing processes, selecting tools, and hiring key team members.
Define the vision and strategy for the department to align with Starladder’s goals and industry best practices.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple esports projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of project managers
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables.
Develop and implement scalable project management workflows and tools to drive efficiency and consistency.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to maintain financial health across projects.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Attend live events, client meetings, and on-site activations to manage operations and ensure quality standards are upheld.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a senior project management role, ideally in esports, gaming, or a related industry
Demonstrated ability to establish and lead teams or departments and drive strategic initiatives.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely with your own equipment, and flexible to travel as required.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Asana) and Google Suite.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
