Sperasoft has been one of key partners for a Tier-1 global publisher for several years. Together, we are continuously building and expanding one of the most iconic, culturally defining, and massive live-service AAA titles in gaming history.

We are looking for a talented 3D props Artist with a passion for vibrant, stylized art to join our dedicated team. In this role, you won't just be making props - you will be shaping the environment of a world that millions of players live and breathe every single day. On the project we’re crafting a high-energy, hyper-stylized world where every asset pops with:

  • Clear, readable silhouettes
  • Punchy colors & high contrast – No gritty realism here—just expressive, cartoonish charm
  • Exaggerated proportions & animations – Melee weapons and everything that might be a weapon
  • Optimized for performance – Striking visuals that stay lightweight

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and create both: high polygonal models and real-time game assets (mainly hard-surface) matching (or exceeding) project and studio standards
  • Work with Lead Artists to ensure timely completion of game assets
  • Communicate regularly with the Lead Artist regarding the status of current tasks
  • Obtain Lead Artists guidance and approval as required to advance tasks
  • Continue to refine artistic abilities and learn new software packages and / or in-house tools
  • Contribute to the team-oriented environment
  • 2+ years of working experience as a 3D Props Artist
  • Solid experience in modeling, sculpting and texturing environment components using 3ds Max, Maya, Zbrush and Photoshop (or equivalent packages) shown in portfolio
  • Ability to create interesting, detailed and visually appealing props
  • Be proficient with the software packages and tools of the games industry
  • Experience with Unreal Engine
  • Excellent understanding of form, shape, structure and silhouette with regard to modeling
  • Experience with managing polygon count and texture budgets
  • Sculpting skills
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback
  • Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude
  • Good English communication and writing skills
