UX Designer

Responsibilities:-

• Partner with Art Director, Content and Product Management, and UXR to design engaging and immersive player experiences from concept to completion.
• Work with other designers and engineers to understand and determine UX goals for new and evolving gameplay features.
• Independently design solutions: concepts, wireframes, and prototypes while iterating based on research, team feedback, and user feedback.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors for mobile platforms.
• Create UX flows that align with the Design Home brands style.
• Document and promote awareness of UX standards and push to improve UX design workflow processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile games, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability standards.
• Expertise with Figma and familiarity with Unity for implementing designs.
• A proven track record of shipped products and experience collaborating across disciplines.
• Good to have: Additional exposure to motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) and RPG game genres would be a plus.
