Role Overview

We are looking for a Valorant Analyst to join our team and help players and teams maximize their performance. As a key member of RIB.GG’s data team, you will analyze in-game data, provide strategic insights, and develop content that educates and empowers our community.

Responsibilities

Analyze Gameplay Data – Break down match performances, identify patterns, and provide insights for player improvement.
Develop Analytical Content – Create reports, guides, and video content covering team compositions, map strategies, and meta shifts.
Support Competitive Play – Assist in the development of tools or features that help players track and improve their in-game performance.
Monitor the Valorant Esports Scene – Stay up-to-date with the latest pro-level strategies, agent changes, and patch updates.
Collaborate with Product & Community Teams – Work closely with developers, designers, and content creators to enhance RIB.GG’s analytics-driven features.
Engage with the Community – Provide feedback on player performance, answer questions, and contribute to discussions around competitive play.

Requirements

Deep understanding of Valorant mechanics, strategies, and meta.
Experience in gameplay analysis, coaching, or esports analytics with esports teams or tournament organizers.
Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to create educational content (video or written).
Prior content creation experience (YouTube, Twitch, X, etc.).
Passion for esports and competitive gaming.
Familiarity with data visualization tools.
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
Proficiency in reviewing and breaking down VODs.
Significant social media following.
