Essential duties and responsibilities:Â
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, upsell, and make each customer feel valued and welcomed.Â
Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and offer recommendations as needed.Â
Demonstrate and showcase gaming products and peripherals to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.Â
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising by ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked with merchandise.Â
Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.Â
Responsible for meeting KPIs and sales goals.Â
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, USPS. sales, latest gaming trends, console releases, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.Â
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and targets.Â
Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs and hours worked.Â
Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.Â
Perform other duties as assigned.Â
Qualifications:Â

Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.Â
Passionate about the gaming industry and being part of a team.Â
Knowledge of basic POS principles and Cash Handling Â
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Â
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced while being attentive to customers.Â
Basic math and computer skills are required.Â
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Â
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.Â
Basic understanding of sales principles and best customer service practices.Â

Salary Ranges (per annum):
