1. Order Management:
Process and manage sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to track order status and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement to ensure product availability.
Maintain accurate order records in the system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and generate periodic reports.
2. RMA Coordination:
Manage the return merchandise authorization process, including issuing RMA numbers and tracking returned goods.
Ensure returned products meet company policies and quality standards for replacements, repairs, or refunds.
Collaborate with quality assurance, warehouse, and finance teams to validate and process returns efficiently.
Update customer accounts and provide regular communication on return status.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a point of contact for order and RMA-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Work closely with customer service teams to address escalations and provide resolutions.
Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues and implement process improvements.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze data on order fulfillment rates, return trends, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.
Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and records.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Very good English skills both oral and written.
Experience in Order Management, Reporting, Inventory Management, Logistics and Returns Processing
Strong skills in organization and communication and a team player.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects.
Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to performed tasks
Knowledge of WEEE & Copyright laws preferred.
SAP knowledge is an advantage
