Team, about the role

We’re looking for a Senior 2D/3D Artist to join our Marketing Creatives team. In this role, you’ll create a wide range of assets for one of our hit games — from detailed 2D illustrations to atmospheric 3D scenes. We value strong artistic skills and are open to artists who already work confidently with AI tools. If you’re curious about new creative approaches, enjoy bringing ideas to life, and like the thought of making engaging ads that players can’t scroll past, this might be a great fit!

Tasks

Generate visuals for video ads: illustrations, environments, and gameplay using AI models (mainly FLUX, ChatGPT, Google AI Studio), including manual asset refinement: retouching, fixing details, and final polishing in Photoshop;
Set up and optimize production pipelines using ComfyUI, Forge, and other AI tools;
Create and optimize prompts (prompt engineering) to achieve the desired artistic result;
Pose 2D/3D characters and develop their expressions;
Create icons, promo materials, and app store screenshots.

Optional:

Fine-tune generative models (LoRA, DreamBooth, Custom Diffusion).

Requirements

Experience as a Senior Artist or AI Artist;
Experience creating game art (illustrations, environments, characters, gameplay) in a casual style;
Strong artistic skills: composition, form, color, lighting, etc.;
High-quality portfolio (Senior level or above) — we don’t care whether the result is achieved with or without AI;
Confident Photoshop skills;
Strong marketing sense and familiarity with advertising creatives;
Proficiency in Blender (posing, assembling environments, lighting);
Experience working with AI models (Stable Diffusion, FLUX).

Preferred

Knowledge of Forge, ComfyUI, and other AI tools;
Experience with fine-tuning (LoRA, DreamBooth, Custom Diffusion) for style transfer;
Ability to write custom nodes for ComfyUI or familiarity with Python scripting;
Experience with AI models for 3D generation (Rodin, 3D Hunyuan);
Understanding of game design and gameplay logic.
