Role Summary:

OTK Media is looking for an experienced and talented Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing creative concepts primarily for social media and production.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a visual or graphic designer in the gaming, entertainment, or sports industry.
Expert with the right tools, including Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop & illustrator as well as Figma
Familiar with Google Suite & Discord
Experience in creating digital and physical assets, knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, visual composition, logo, typography, packaging, print, and web (socials/websites formats & layouts).
Strong visual design background with experience in consumer-facing material
High-quality designs while maintaining the speed of work

Responsibilities:

As a part of the creative team, you'll work on projects that include various creative assets to promote and support the brand on social media, shows, and other media activations.
Good time management and process discipline
Create/manage a library of creative templates and guidelines that can be used across our team on different projects
Communicate and facilitate the art direction and production of design deliverables
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization

Proficiency in additional creative areas such as motion design, 3D, animation, and illustration.
