DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provides technical support for various products, tools, jigs, and fixtures by maintaining configurations, parameters and performing technical investigations
Development and continuous improvement of standard work processes and methods ensuring efficient operational performance.
Works closely with engineering teams ensuring proper interpretation and implementation of technical specifications and implement plans.
Supports performing defective product root cause analysis.
Development of concise and accurate multimodal documents and communications such as work instructions, specifications, for both internal and external business partners.
Supports product and materials life cycle management and change control programs including materials review board, corrective and preventative action processes.
Develops or supports project plans and coordinates follow through execution ensuring the effective achievement of company priorities.
Supports management by monitoring operational performance, recognizing deviation to plan expectations, and recommending countermeasures.
Performs assignments under moderate supervision following documented standard operating procedures
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Two (2) plus years related experience in a technical program support.
Experience in electronic repairs and manufacturing/remanufacturing.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience in Project Management methodologies.
Experience in compiling business performance reports (KPIs).
Degree in electronics or related field preferred

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
