 Tasks

  • Compiling and managing product information for Customer Support teams in the product information Sharepoint Site
  • Conducting analysis of product performance and issues from Customer Support interactions 
  • Creating reports on the results of analysis
  • Working and collaborating with other departments and Nintendo European offices

 Requirements

  • The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies (proof from the university is required) in the fields of product lifecycle management, engineering or business processes
  • The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 6 months
  • Interest in product Customer Experience
  • Very good English skills, another European language would be a plus
  • Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Sharepoint sites is a plus
  • Passion for games and the video game industry

Earliest possible start date: March 15 2026
