Tasks
- Coordinating Nintendo products’ artwork assets with internal
stakeholders and Japan HQ
- Supporting the internal creation and validation of the printed
materials for Nintendo products
- Coordinating the co-promotional design approval process for
licensed products between Nintendo and external stakeholders and checking
licensed product quality and conformity to Nintendo guidelines or
standards
- Developing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Nintendo
quality standards and coordinating design approval with various internal
stakeholders
- Communicating with the headquarter in Japan (Translation
Japanese / English) on a regular basis
- Supporting the department and the team with administrative
tasks, including the development of process documents, guidelines, and
training material for internal and external partners
- Educating internal and external partners about Nintendo IP
guidelines and rules
Requirements
- University degree in Project Management, Graphic Design studies or comparable education
- Excellent spoken and written Japanese and English language skills is mandatory (Experience in translation and interpreting would be a plus)
- First experience in Project Management and high-level communication skills as well as capacity to share clear information and give precise instructions
- Multi-tasking with the ability to work independently and well-organized/structured working style with a lot of attention to details and consistency, in compliance with fixed guidelines
- Very supportive and teamwork-oriented mindset and flexibility depending on each situation with a wide perspective
- Basic knowledge of Project Management tools (especially JIRA/Confluence, Wrike and Flowhaven) would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) would be a plus
- Strong interest for Nintendo IP including products and characters, also in Japanese culture
This position requires your relocation to Frankfurt
am Main, Germany and involves commuting to the office.
