LCP Localizations is a boutique game localization studio offering comprehensive game localization, and LQA services. We are a startup founded in 2023, and since then, weโve been busy building a solid portfolio of steady clients.
About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative based in Europe to help us grow in 2026 by finding new clients and building valuable partnerships. This is a key role in expanding our reach and helping us connect with more game developers who can benefit from our personalized localization approach.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach relevant decision-makers in PC, Console, and Mobile game studios and publishers.
Establish and maintain professional relationships that position LCP Localizations as a credible long-term partner.
Leverage existing industry connections to introduce LCP Localizations and its services.
Attend online and in-person game industry events to create and maintain relevant relationships.
Generate qualified leads that have an actual interest in starting a partnership with LCP Localizations and, upon reaching the quality testing (or equivalent) phase, hand off the contact to the Administration team.
Must have
5+ years of experience in Business Development within the video game industry, specifically with service providers.
A strong network of contacts in the indie, AA and mobile studio spaces.
A clear and successful history of enstablishing new partnerships with game studios from scratch.
At least 1 reference contact within service companies in the video game industry.
Good to have
Successful experience in developing business for game localization studios.
Payment
Fixed monthly salary to be negotiated.
Revenue share + bonus for each qualified lead.
