We’re looking for a data-driven and proactive Paid Media Specialist (Junior) to join our team and help scale our traffic acquisition efforts across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns aligned with clear performance goals and KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and other performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and ROI.
  • Detect and troubleshoot issues in live campaigns using your analytical mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute traffic acquisition strategies.
  • Support testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices and are delivered on time.

About you:

  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Ad Networks…).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Team player who can also work autonomously.
  • Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tracking tools (GA4, GTM, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of attribution models or marketing analytics.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced digital or startup environments.
