This is a leadership role with real weight: creative, organizational, and strategic, with the expectation that you stay close enough to the craft to shape decisions directly.

What are we looking for?
Someone who can hold a clear creative vision and make an entire team capable of executing it
Youโll stand out if you also bring experience on PC or console, a solid technical foundation (scripting or programming fundamentals), familiarity with standard production tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro), or a formal background in Game Design, Computer Science, or related fields. While none of these are required, they will help you get up to speed faster and start contributing sooner
