As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI Product Platform, you will design and build product and platform capabilities across backend services, web applications, data workflows, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled user experiences.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building internal products that combine structured workflows with intelligent analysis. You should be comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations, while keeping usability, reliability, and trust front and center.

You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Solutions and Insights.

Responsibilities

Build and scale a web application that helps teams identify recurring operational and product issues, inspect supporting evidence, and track work through resolution.
Develop backend services and APIs for data processing, signal extraction, evidence retrieval, workflow tracking, and trend analysis.
Build user-facing workflows for dashboards, drill-down views, ownership tracking, and administrative controls.
Implement AI-enabled workflows such as classification, retrieval, summarization, and configurable analysis controls in a way that is reliable and understandable to end users.
Integrate with enterprise platforms and internal systems to support connected workflows across tools and teams.
Partner with product, support, and engineering stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver production-ready capabilities.
Contribute to architecture, observability, reliability, and secure software design across the platform.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
Strong experience with modern frontend development using React, Angular, or a similar framework, along with solid UI/UX fundamentals.
Experience with backend development using Python or C#.
Experience building services using frameworks such as Django or ASP.NET Core.
Experience working with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or Redis.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments.
Experience building internal tools, workflow products, enterprise applications, or operational platforms.
Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, or similar platforms.
Experience working with AI-enabled product workflows such as LLM-driven extraction, classification, retrieval, summarization, or human-in-the-loop review.
Experience designing software that is scalable, observable, secure, and maintainable.

What Success Looks Like

In the first few months, you will help stabilize and extend the current prototype into a usable internal product.
Over time, you will help deliver a scalable platform that enables teams to identify recurring issues, assign ownership, connect work to execution systems, and measure the impact of changes over time.
