The Senior Director of Brand Execution & Owned Retail is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how the brand lives, scales, and resonates globally across markets, channels, and physical environments, ensuring brand vision is translated into exceptional execution at every touchpoint. In partnership with the Sr. Director of Brand & Design, this leader brings the brand to life through disciplined, high-impact execution across global campaigns, product launches, owned retail environments, and partner experiences.
This role serves as the operational and cross-functional engine behind the brand, building the systems, standards, and alignment required to deliver a cohesive and elevated brand experience at scale. The Senior Director ensures the brand is not only distinctive and aspirational, but also executable, measurable, and consistently expressed across regions, channels, and consumer experiences.

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $200,000—$240,000 USD
