About Clover Talent

Clover Talent is a young and thriving enterprise operating in the center of the digital sports and media world. Established in March of 2019, Clover has already begun leaving its imprint on the development of players, influencers, partners, teams, and leagues all within the gaming industry. Our team aims to provide the rising stars of the new and booming digital world with the support needed to maximize their value in their careers. With a team focused on the development of Digital Content and Influencers, Clover currently manages the careers of over 70 digital influencers that are entertaining 500,000,000 viewers on a monthly basis.

About the Role

Clover Talent is searching for a summer intern! At Clover, we serve as the focal point to our client’s career wants and needs. You would work with our Talent Managers to develop airtight systems for your client’s sponsorships, campaigns, and other career inquiries. Additionally, you will take lead in developing our scouting tracker to track creators and brands of interest. Clover is always growing! Identifying upcoming talent and strong brands to partner with our creators will be a regular part of the day to day and handling that outreach.

Requirements

Current student seeking a Bachelor’s Degree
Extensive understanding of YouTube from a business and consumer standpoint
Deep comprehension of all social media platforms, with proven ability to target key growth opportunities for clients and partners
Highly detailed and developed communication skills, being able to reliably communicate with, relay between, report, present, document, and lead
Analytical, investigative, and a solutions-oriented problem solver
Superlative and consistent organizational skills. You must have the ability to prioritize your tasks whilst simultaneously being involved in multiple projects
You’re immersed into the gaming world, and it’s all you think about! You frequently watch YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and more, and can thoroughly identify and articulate what makes a creator shine

Responsibilities

Take lead in further developing our internal tracker for creators and brands of interest
Update our CRM with upcoming talent and brands and reach out to secure their business
Support Talent Managers with their campaigns
Take on the role of the primary point of contact for some of our partnerships, promoting punctual and precise execution from Clover Talent
Identify opportunities that will conclude in the growth, engagement, and happiness of client
Provide insight, recommendations and advice with management about responsibilities and task
