As a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Specialist, you will have the opportunity to influence our company's technological development and implementation strategies. Daily responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary expert in the field of ERP Systems, responsible for deep technical analysis and implementation strategy.
- Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions.
- Collaborating with the technical and business teams (e.g. accounting, finance) to identify, design, and implement optimal solutions in the ERP systems.
- Conducting analyses and recommendations aimed at improving system efficiency and functionality.
- Sharing knowledge and experience to strengthen the technical competencies of the entire team.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in the field of ERP systems, including their configuration, integration, and development (minimum of 5 years of experience).
- Min 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its configuration, integration, and development is a must.
- Proven history of successful implementations or optimizations of ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial and accounting domains and their challenges in the context of ERP systems. Â
- Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in ERP systems and the ability to implement them to maximize system efficiency.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with various stakeholder groups, both technical and non-technical, openness to diverse perspectives, and readiness for constructive cooperation with people of differing views and approaches.
- Knowledge and experience in payroll systems (e.g., enova365 or ADP) or CPM solutions (e.g., Cognos, Tagetik) will be a strong plus
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 is a plus.
