We are hiring someone to run them.

You will own the leagues.

This includes:

Player Management

• Build strong relationships with players

• Retain top players

• Ensure players are happy and engaged

Player Recruiting

• Recruit new players into existing leagues

• Recruit players for new leagues

Policy Enforcement

• Enforce league rules

• Maintain professionalism

• Protect league integrity

This is not a passive role.

You will be responsible for the success or failure of the leagues.

Problems will not be clearly defined.

You must figure things out.

You:

• Are obsessed with gaming or esports

• Take ownership naturally

• Are extremely reliable

• Are highly organized

• Are comfortable enforcing standards

• Can recruit and persuade people

• Care deeply about doing great work

• You have competed in esports

• You have managed online communities

• You have recruited players before

• You understand competitive gaming culture
