Football Manager 25 has been delayed to 2025

Just a month before launch, Sports Interactive announced that Football Manager 25 would now be released in March 2025 to allow for additional development time.
The details:
The delay was announced in a statement posted to the game’s website, which confirmed that it would no longer launch on November 29. “After careful consideration, Sports Interactive have made the tough decision to further delay the release of Football Manager 25,” the studio wrote. “Following discussions with Sega, our licensors and partners, we have agreed the best course of action is to delay the launch until March 2025. Specific platform release dates will follow once confirmed.”
According to Sports Interactive, the decision to delay the game for a second time was made after it discovered that the additional time had "not been sufficient to ensure the game quality and experience meets your expectations and our very high standards." The game was originally slated for an early November release before being pushed back to the end of the month in September.
The developer explained that it felt rushed to finish the game after previously stating that development had taken much longer and been more difficult than expected. As a result, it believes it was "in danger of compromising our usual standards," with an "enormous amount of pressure" put on its employees.
Football Manager 25 will feature an all-new graphics system built in Unity, as well as women's football for the first time in the franchise's 20-year history. The studio stated that the transition to Unity would be the "starting point for the studio's next 20 years."
