The Challenge Ahead

EA’s Marcom Creative team is responsible for defining the creative ideas that underpin our campaigns and consumer-facing brand behaviours. As a part of a global group of creatives, strategists, technologists, and producers we work in close collaboration with our studio and brand partners to define the steel threads that guide campaigns and consumer-facing content across our franchises. This involves creative engagement from inception to execution; including franchise & brand foundations, campaign narratives, content planning, creative platforms and creative execution and direction for our assets and activations. We use both left brain and right brain thinking to boldly chase the next insight or breakthrough creative idea that will progress marketing in our industry and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Since Battlefield’s inception in 2002, we have continuously given our 90+ million players around the world the experience & spectacle of all-out war, where we capture & bring to life the full gamut of warfare as massive armies clash in epic battles spanning air, land & sea.

We strive to deeply immerse our players in these larger-than-life theatres of war, made possible through the brand’s signature craftsmanship and industry-leading aural & visual fidelity. Millions of people play, watch, read, create and interact with BF everyday, in and out of game. This is an opportunity to join the BF creative team.

As a Battlefield Creative Copywriter Intern, you will partner closely with the rest of the BF creative team as well as Studio, Brand, Marcom Strategy, Production, Communications and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently studying in the penultimate year of a Bachelor’s degree programme.

  • You are available to commence a full-time, 12 month placement in July 2025.

  • You are located and eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa/relocation support

Desired Skills:

  • You are interested in marketing, communication, brand building and creativity

  • You are passionate about creating ideas, headlines, scripts and sections of content that no one else notices.

  • Proven experience writing and storytelling

  • You are curious, inquisitive and love creative problem solving.
